Overview

Quietly (“we”, “us”) provides SMS marketing software to funeral homes. This policy describes what information we collect from the funeral home customers who use our service (“you”) and from the families you message through us.

Information we collect

When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, business name, timezone, and business hours. When you send messages, we store the contact information you upload (name, phone number, email if provided), consent status, message history, and delivery metadata.

We process payments through Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

How we use it

Contact data is used solely to deliver the messages you ask us to send, honor consent changes (STOP/HELP keywords, opt-in confirmations), and provide the dashboards and inbox you see inside the product. We do not sell or share customer data with advertisers or list brokers.

Service providers

We use vendors to operate the service: Telnyx for SMS delivery, Supabase for database and authentication, Stripe for billing, Resend for transactional email, Vercel for hosting, and Sentry for error monitoring. Each is bound by its own privacy terms. We only share the minimum information each vendor needs.

Data retention

We retain your account and message data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we retain records for 30 days and then delete them, except where retention is required by law (for example, tax records for Stripe invoices).

Your rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing privacy@sendquietly.com. We will respond within 30 days.
